Flavour is very fresh because I chose the whole beans. But get a coffee grinder and don't destroy your food processor. Flavour is very easy to drink but has character. Unlike standard burnt flavour of coffee you might be used when you find the wrong thing. It's roast brings out the best the bean has to offer
